Manufacturing

In order to create an organized production system, raw materials and accessories are stored in Feiling’s warehouse. They are clearly identified and strictly managed to ensure manufacturing begins in an orderly manner. Our company has established an independent mold making workshop, where the mold sets are designed, produced and repaired using state-of-the-art CAM technology. Each year we can produce 150 complete sets of molds, which will fulfill various mold customization requirements.

We have built two injection molding workshops. Our seventy-eight injection molding machines are sourced from well-known brands. They have the capability to handle a weight range from 100 grams to 2,500 grams. Our in-house developed production lines perform copper bar insertion, paint dispensing, hot melting and automatic assembly operations. They work together to greatly enhance production efficiency. In addition we have recently established a dust-free workshop, which has helped to improve the quality of injection-molded transparent products. Consequently, the surface appears clear and aesthetically pleasing.

For the purpose of enhancing efficiency and automation, we put the injection-molded products through a screwing process. By replacing the production operators with multiple in-house developed equipment sets, we are now able to accomplish the screwing of 20,000 terminals each day, drastically reducing labor costs while enhancing production efficiency!

In addition to enhanced automation efforts, the general assembly workshop has been equipped with five 15m assembly lines, which has enabled us to produce 50,000 diverse sets of cases per day. We demand excellence at every step of the production process, in an effort to make every product, which leaves our factory, satisfy our clients 100%!

Manufacturing

Our 3350-square-meter raw materials warehouse is mainly used for storage of outsourced materials, such as plastic particles, foams, cardboard boxes and other parts. They are purchased by agents or directly from manufacturers. The outsourced raw materials are orderly stored according to the type of materials and specifications and are clearly marked, so they will be processed and assembled in production workshop.

Covering a storage area of about 3750 square meters, accessories warehouse mainly finish the declaration, procurement, storage, warehouse-out and the use of the spare parts to ensure the smooth progress of production.

The independent mold manufacturing workshop has an output of 150 sets of molds per year. The dimensional accuracy of mold processing is strictly controlled within the allowable tolerance of the design drawings. After making the model mode, it realizes fast, accurate and uniform installation of injection components to ensure the timely production of required products.

The 3 sets of Taiwan CNC milling machines have an accuracy of 0.01mm. They are used for processing the rough shape of the mold core, chamfering, trimming, fine carving and cutting of the template mold core.

The 4 sets of branded electric pulse equipment undertake fine processing of workpieces that have been processed by CNC milling machine. The processing precision is 0.001mm.The electric pulse equipment is suitable for processing of EDM cavity, perforation, cutting of the materials in the corner of mold, surface processing and others.

Our two injection molding workshops are equipped with 78 sets of branded injection molding machines. They have the capability to handle a weight range from 100 grams to 2,500 grams. The implementation of 5S management system ensures efficient production. According to the PMC control, the versatile staffs in injection workshop can work together to greatly enhance production efficiency.

Our dust-free workshop has helped to improve the quality of injection-molded transparent products and reduce the waste of materials. Our self-made laminating machines make the surface of the products clear and aesthetically pleasing.

Single-phase terminal assembly machine automatically completes the assembly of single-phase terminal. It comprehensively finishes copper bar installation, screw installation, paint dispensing and hot melting. The detection device is equipped to detect the defective parts, and it ensures the pass rate of the products.

The products that are processed in injection molding shop are installed with screws with a daily production capacity of installation of 20000 terminal screws. The company has manufactured several machines to carry our automatic installation of screws. They also replace manual operation in some work stations.

4 sets of paint dispensers replace manual operation of paint dispensing of single point. It rapidly finishes paint dispensing and saves time. It features enough paint dispensing amount, complete paint dispensing shape, and eye-catching indication.

Feiling is equipped with 10 sets of three-phase terminal assembly machines. They replace the original manual screwing operation for automatic screwing. The production efficiency is improved to more than 200%.

Our 6 sets of three-phase pulse equipment achieve automatic production and ensure that smooth insertion of pulse bar and uniform force.

The 10 sets of terminal automation equipment consist of automatic screwing machines, bending machines and electric screwdrivers for high-precision torque. Compared with manual operation, terminal automation equipment increases the production efficiency to more than 2 times.

Covering an area of 1200 square meters, the general assembly workshop is directed by PMC control to complete the assembly of the processed parts. General assembly line has been equipped with five 15-meter assembly lines, which has enabled us to produce 30,000 sets of single-phase meter cases per day, 10,000 sets of three-phase meter cases and 10,000 sets of terminal concentrators.

Finished products warehouse covers an area of 3100 square meters. According to the characteristics of different finished products, the products are packed well to be rain-resistant, moisture-resistant, mildew-resistant, rust-resistant, shock-resistant. Some of the products are specially packed and protected. All packaging of the finished product is marked with an international prevailing icon to facilitate export.
